It took me a while to write this review. I bought this product in December of 2024, and it is currently the last day of May 2025. I started with this liposomal NAD+ when I bought it, and had to abruptly stop it as I was taking other supplements in combination, and it caused some things to be out of harmony within my body. Then I stopped all other supplements and took this liposomal NAD+ isolated. I experienced better sleep. However, I think you need to take this for a while. We all have bio-individuality, but this is worth trying for someone with pre-during-post menstrual dysphoria syndrome. I would give it 5 stars if I had a longer experience with this liposomal NAD+.

These are my go-to supplements- they give me energy and also help with aging (I hope). I feel like my skin looks more youthful whenever I take these. I have them on a subscription every month!

I didn’t notice any difference when taking this. I’ve found another brand that worked better for me. We’re all different so it may work better for someone else but I didn’t notice a change. I didn’t have any side effects.
