Excellent phone large easy to use numbers.

Nice big buttons - just what my 92 year old, partially sighted mother-in-law needed - especially with the contrast black body, white numbers. She was delighted. However when you supply a big-button telephone you know it is going to be bought by/for someone who has sight problems - don't you? So why were the instructions for use printed so small that even I - with 20/20 vision - could hardly read them? And to store numbers, the 'store' and 'auto' buttons were also quite small, making auto-dial a bit fiddly for the old girl. Had common sense prevailed with the above points, then this would have been 5-star all the way.

The refurbished phone was very clean but it only received calls and would not dial out. Sound quality was terrible, if you are getting it for a senior person then just pay the extra for quality.
