Le tengo tanto amor a este aparato debido a que me ayudo al 100%con la limpieza de mi hogar durante mi embarazo que me cuesta agregarle algunas recomendaciones para su mejora. Mi casa COMPLETA tiene piso de losa blanca con reflejo y es super complicado de limpiar porque la más mínima gotita de agua puede parecer un desastre y este robot ha cumplido su tarea de mantener la limpieza y el brillo del piso. Al inicio mma solución de limpieza del equipo no era suficiente para aportarle brillo y no dejar las marcas del agua cuando se hacía la limpieza profunda del hogar y le ponía un pomo de alcohol del walmart, cualquier tipo sirve, y lo rellenada con agua y funcionaba perfecto. Después conocí las toallitas de limpieza de Uncle Todd y creo que es el mejor producto que se acopla para una limpieza perfecta de este robot. Otra recomendacion que debo hacer es el tamaño del equipo que le apprta el radar que no le permite limpiar debajo de estantes, coquetas y mesas de noche, cosa que no pasaba con el Eureka E20 que tuve, y si es algo que debo hacer manual. Las esquinas ni hablemos, siempre hay que retocarlas por no tener el MopExtend y en mi piso si se echa a ver, pero supongo que al momento del lanzamiento de este robot esa tecnología no existía

After purchasing two of these the first one stopped working the second month the second one stopped working 6 months later first the fan died so I did mop only and now it won't recognize the water tank basically $2,000 in the hole Eureka has been trying to make it right but we'll see was a great product great idea poor components. Don't expect the fan to last longer than 3 months

it leaks stinky water onto my carpet. it it pick up dirt very good but does not dry the water like it should

Purchased the Eureka J 20 in November on a black Friday sale. The mopping component broke off completely. The detachable mop plastic broke and cannot be replaced, and Eureka is not honoring the warranty because I bought it on affirm payments. They said until I pay off, not only the vacuum which I already paid off but the additional items I bought through affirm that day will they refund the product. All I need is the detachable mopping piece, but they won’t send me that piece or let me buy it. It would be nice to be able to have just that piece replaceable or that they would refund the purchase price even though I had payments. argued with them back-and-forth for over a week and they just won’t honor the warranty. Do not buy this product. I agree with a reviewer who mentioned a class action this is garbage.

I purchased this in “Used-very good”condition, not knowing it would be missing a mop, side brush, cleaning solution and an instruction manual! And, a small plastic piece is broken on the dirty water container. Product is only eligible for return. If I return it, I can’t afford new! Darn it! I like it too!

I love this device so much because it helped me 100% with cleaning my home during my pregnancy that it's hard to offer any suggestions for improvement. My entire house has white tile floors with a glossy finish, which are incredibly difficult to clean because even the tiniest drop of water can look like a disaster. This robot has done its job of keeping the floors clean and shiny. Initially, the cleaning solution included with the device wasn't enough to give the floors a shine and prevent watermarks after deep cleaning. I would use a bottle of rubbing alcohol from Walmart—any kind will do—and fill it with water, and it worked perfectly. Later, I discovered Uncle Todd's cleaning wipes, and I think they're the best product for this robot to use for a perfect clean. Another recommendation I have is that the device's size, specifically the radar, prevents it from cleaning under shelves, dressers, and nightstands. This wasn't an issue with the Eureka E20 I had, and I have to clean those areas manually. And don't even get me started on the corners; they always need touching up because I don't have the MopExtend, and it's really noticeable in my apartment. But I suppose that technology didn't exist when this robot was launched.

It worked great for 1 week…it was exactly what I hoped for. Then suddenly it can’t charge at all. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps. I’ve relocated the base. I’ve restarted it. Nothing has worked. Super disappointing to spend this much money for such a dud!!
