I’ll be honest, I was skeptical - a couch that comes all smooshed up in a box is kinda weird - but I needed something for the playroom. We got the boxes upstairs (HEAVY) and unpacked them. Had a bout of hysterical laughter when my son-in-law opened the first vacuum pack piece and the force knocked him on his butt. (Careful, it really likes to break free from its confinement.) It took about a day for it to completely expand.We’ve had the couch for several months now and I have to say, I love it. It’s incredibly comfortable. Our house has 3 dogs, two cats and a toddler, and you can imagine what havoc they can cause on furniture, but the couch still looks great. The fabric is still fluffy - even with the “monkey (aka my granddaughter) jumping on the bed” several times a day. My 6’4” son-in-law can spread out to take a nap and there’s still room to spare. My daughter is constantly camped out on the chaise doing her homework (she went back to school).Initially we had it free standing in the middle of the room, but we later moved it to a wall. It does better supported. That is the only negative I have, and it’s a minor negative, easily remedied.

I was very hesitant on buying this couch because of the reviews initially but honestly they've probably never had this type of couch before.First, the couch does take a good 14-16 hrs to fully expand! You need to pat it and try not to sit on it too early or else it won’t expand properly, also pat the pillows and fluff em. Takes a lot of patience. (You can also just wait the 24 hrs). There’s also some straps that you can add at the bottom of the couch to stick them together, we haven’t needed it yet though…Second, The people probably only getting one side of the couch, that’s not the seller’s fault it’s the delivery service company so don’t let that be a reason. Me and my husband went through it first hand but the seller immediately sent a new side of the couch and it did not take long for us to get it. Be patient, It’s two different packages. If you’re only seeing one tracking number that amazon provides, just contact the seller for both tracking numbers, it’s so much easier.Third, It is SO COMFY, it has the perfect balance between firm and plushy. I don't think the photos do it justice but seriously it’s comfy, make sure to still pat it from time to time so it doesn't completely harden. Me and my husband can easily both stretch on the couch, we’re both tall.Overall, it’s a good couch and we love it.

Don’t buy this. If you hate it, and you will, you can’t return it unless you vacuum seal it again. Not kidding. No way to return it. Very bad consumer fraud.

Arrived in 2 boxes. Unboxing and setup was super easy. The height is a touch short for my preference but it’s not inconvenient. We’ve been using this couch daily for the last 2 months. It fits 2 full size humans and 2 large dogs. The couch foam is pretty hard/dense but comfortable enough. The edges do giveaway when significant weight is applied (the end of the chaise and where the chaise and sofa abut). All in all the couch has held up well thus far, my only fusses are that the back cushion is starting to show very obvious signs of wear, flattening and not providing support and that the Chaise slides away from the sofa.

I wanted to show how we arranged this couch rather than the traditional way. It’s easier for us and our dogs to snuggle!Originally when I first bought this couch I tried to protect it with sheets since the dogs shed so much, but then gave up haha to my pleasant surprise dog hair comes of very easily just vacuuming the couch!It’s very comfortable, I’m not someone who can fall asleep on just anything and I’ve fallen asleep several times on this! I love the plush texture and memory foam cushioning. It’s very cozy. I’m very happy with this purchase!

This is okay. I ordered the faux leather which looks nice and was very convenient to set up. It’s comfortable but there are some issues.It says it fills out to form after about 2 weeks. However it’s been more than a month and there are wrinkles still visible and I’ve been on vacation for that time so I’ve hardly used it so it should have filled out with no issues.It’s sturdy but since there is no frame, if you sit on the edges, it will collapse on you a bit.Other than that it’s an okay purchase and I’ll continue to use since I did spend almost $800.00 on it lol. But for the money I would probably get something more traditional.

Cool couch. Bought left and right and both make a huge couch. Nice color and very firm. Only thing is they do split apart often on wooden floors. Wish there was something to hold them in place. Getting these delivered to me was a huge headache. I received the left and right outer couches together and had to locate the other two pieces at two different FedEx locations.
