This was seriously such a blessing to get, everything was packaged so nicely and even came with extra stuff that I didn't even expect, an extra wipe and 2 earbuds like seriously that's awesome, y'all rock and I can't wait to play on this upgrade.

it looks like some xboxes are banned and some are not so you are going to have to buy this at your own risk.

Console says it is banned after trying to log in and doesn’t work. So much for renewed and refurbished. Get your act together Amazon.

I want a series s or x but evidently previous owners got banned from the Microsoft Network. How can you download and play games without the Network. An issue that should be fixed before resale.

The item was in great shape, it was a refurbished item. But it was packaged up just like new & was a gift for a friend & it was just what he wanted!

Better that what would be normally be expected from a refurbished console. Indistinguishable from a new one. If the controller that came with it was the original one I cant tell because it looks and feels new.
