I liked everything EXCEPT I needed two, because each did not fit more than 4 insulin pens. IF I had the option of not using the frozen contianer which came with each, I could have fit seven. Just consider that when you purchase it.

This one is excellent! I had 2 others that were supposed to be amazing and neither worked at all. Then I came across this one. I travel a lot for work and need something that will keep insulin cooled for 8 hours+. It does exactly what’s needed & keeps the insulin cooled as advertised. Cool bonus is the lid that holds the needles for the insulin pens. It dores 25 to 30 easily. I can travel super easy with it. Can keep it in my car or take in my carryon easily without it taking up a ton of space. Highly recommend this product.

This is the real deal! I have ordered many others that have failed epically. This sweetheart has the freezer pack (bio gel) and the cool water pack, it came with a thermometer too. The bio gel freezes and stays cool for a long time, amazingly it keeps insulin at a consistent temperature during really warm times and cold times. IT'S MAGICAL! I am so happy with this purchase. I did order extra bio gel packs to have them as we are frequently in motion. It is bulky to where it doesn't fit in my purse, but fits perfectly in the cup holder. Again, so happy with this purchase, it gives me so much peace of mind! I have only been able to squeeze 3 pens in it, but that works for us.
