Very good maternity pillow--not perfect, but pretty close
I bought this at the beginning of my 1st trimester and have come to really like it even more as my pregnancy has progressed. Now in my 3rd trimester, I can't sleep without it. The curved part of the pillow really helps to prop your head, neck and shoulders up against regular pillows at night, which has come in handy for the heartburn and head cold that I've experienced. Also long enough to still put between your knees, but you may need to supplement depending on how tall you are. I am 5'7" and when I use the curved part as a prop sleep pillow, I do.The stuffing does become separated in the most used places and I have to shake and reshape the pillow each night for about 30 seconds. At first, this bothered me, but I'm actually now grateful for how malleable it makes the pillow. I can use it folded in half to also prop my legs up or I am planning on using it for breastfeeding after the baby is born. The pillowcase is not the easiest to get on, I have my hubby do it. But it fits perfectly and does not shrink. All in all, I think this is a much better maternity pillow to buy rather than the regular straight body pillows that you can get for $20 at Bed Bath and Beyond. I have one of those too and use it as well, but not as my main body pillow.

Not great...
It is too hard to use when using a blanket. One needs an oversized blanket to cover it and it is difficult to adjust the blanket over the pillow. It does have a crease near the middle section that the stuffing migrated to other areas. I find it to be wonderful to lean against, but if you are not alone, in a large bed, then it is too large for the bed. It is like having a 3rd person in the bed with you and your significant other.I don't like the curve on the end as I like the pillow I have that is for side sleeping. The curve is now placed near the foot of the bed and makes it especially difficult to arrange with a blanket. If you are a side sleeper and are buying it as I did to hold in front of you which is supposed to be good for shoulder problems, someone forgot that when you sleep your arms relax and release the pillow which then falls onto the floor.I do like it for putting behind me when I read or watch T.V. in bed.

Good pillow, but a little pricey
I ordered this pillow because I'm a side sleeper and wanted to decrease the strain on my hips/knees associated with this. I thought this would be the perfect solution so I wouldn't be battling a regular pillow and one of those dumb little knee pillows. I've been using this pillow for about 4 months now and it really gets the job done! Like other reviewers have stated, mine has lost some of its initial fluffiness, but it's still providing the support I need and is nowhere near flat. The cover that came with it is softer than I expected, however I hate white linens and really wish they sold additional colors. While I do love this pillow, I really don't think it's worth the $70+ that it is being sold at. For that price I'd expect some special foam filler or something. However, I can't complain too much because it is serving it's purpose and it has improved my comfort and sleep noticeably.

Good pillow but overpriced
I am 5 months pregnant and got this pillow. Overall I am happy with the pillow; it was actually a solution for a good night sleep. I sleep so much better and it accommodates my growing belly well. I like that this pillow is very long, considering that I am 5'11 myself. The only comments I have is that the pillow is thinner that I expected and very narrow. The product is good, but I think it is overpriced for what it is.

My wife loves her snoozer
It comes packaged pretty small in it's box but once you get it out and use it you won't be let down. My wife absolutely loves hers. She was getting pain in her hips from lying on her sides. At a certain stage in pregnancy women are recommended to not lay flat on their backs due to internal pressure on major blood vessels and this is why she was side sleeping. The snoozer has been wonderful for her.

Update
Update - The pillow is not that thick anymore after few weeks of use and I just cannot sleep without it anymore. It has help me to wake up in much less pain and I love it so much that I purchased another one! This is a comfortable pillow if you do not have a small frame. I am 5'2 with a bad back and this pillow is too thick to put in between my legs. I think i will just have to go back to sleep with a small pillow between my legs and use this one to support my back since I have a tendency to turn on my back during sleep and waking up in pain.

Pricey pillow goes flat after weeks of use
The pillow was quite expensive and because of the good reviews I bought it thinking it would last maybe one year before going flat. However the pillow went flat after a few weeks of use. I'm going back to buying the 20 dollar body pillow at target because at least it stays fluffy for much longer and is cheaper.

Deceptive advertising
Just got this replacement snoozer for my other one that fell apart after a year or so. What irks me is they advertise this as "down." As the prior reviewer seemed to believe, down is feathers. Only in the small print is it noted "down" is synthetic. I am irked, especially after I remember I fell for this a year ago. While I've liked the snoozer, in the interim I've used real down large pillows and they work just as well. I will try to return it
