Cured my dry hacking cough
I had read that calcium lactate would cure a dry hacking cough and while I was sceptical I thought I would give it a try and boy am I glad for after having the cough for months now I am completely cough free. This was recommended by a Dr on Youtube for people who have the sensation of a lump in the throat. I was diagnosed with Esophagitis and found it hard to eat. I take a teaspoon mixed in organic wheatgrass every day for a few weeks and then reduced it to 3 times a week. Its incredible as I can now eat normally again. Make sure you mix it in boiling water first or it will not disolve.

Subdued my chronic cough
Eerily this appears to have subdued my chronic cough, wether or not it was waning of its own accord I’ll never know, but in desperation tried a spoonful at night and after a week or so I think it may have played a part in reducing frequency of coughing. I stopped taking after about a fortnight but I have brought another tub to hold in reserve in case needed again.
