Rock Band 3 Wireless Pro Drums and Cymbal Pack (Wii)

Last Christmas my kids bought me Beatles Rock Band because I'm the right age and love Beatles music. This year my wife bought me the new Rock Band drums and the kids got me Rock Band 3. You can learn to play drums using this game and the tutorials that go with it and this makes it more than a game and less of a waste of time. The biggest disappointment was not being able to transfer the Beatles songs into Rock Band 3 because I just love and know the Beatles songs and that makes a big difference when you start to play the drums. It's so much easier if you know the songs and what the drumming should sound like but practice should overcome that problem. I can see why there were lots of Wii drum kits for sale on Ebay before christmas. This is not an easy game to play at first if you don't have some musical skills already (like me). If you practise then you improve.The kit itself is quite sturdy but I have a problem with one of the cymbals sliding down to touch the drums as I play. I can't get the clamp tight enough. They are quieter than the original drum kit but it still sounds like you've got the builders in when you start to play. It seems to go through the batteries much quicker than the guitar but maybe there's a lot more going on wi-fi wise with the drum kit.When the family was at home before Christmas we had a whale of a time. We had drums guitar and microphone going. Everyone joined in after a while and then you couldn't stop them.
