Used/Broken - Very Disappointed
The roaster I received was very clearly used/broken. The lid even had a sticker on it saying “broken”. I was very disappointed as I purchased this for a party last minute, and it was very obvious I was not sent a “new” product as purchased. I submitted a return/request for refund the same day the roaster was received. Unfortunately I did not take a picture but I wish I would have!

Looks good. Got it today. Have not used it yet. Where is the warranty on this item? It said it had a warranty. Does anyone know how to get the warranty in case it has a problem later?
