I honestly love these. They don’t feel gooey and sticky like Gu gels do. These have a texture that feels more like a loose gelatin and for me, that makes it so much easier to get down without it leaving a coating over your entire mouth. I also really like the neutral flavor. It doesn’t have any sort of artificial taste and just tastes clean (I told someone it tastes like science bc it made sense to me but I don’t think they got it). They also seemed to sit well with my stomach despite being a little higher carb than what I’m used to. They also felt easier to open and ingest because of the opening being elongated a little and not flush with the body of the packet. Overall, I’m really happy with these and am trying to always have some on hand to keep in rotation for my long runs.

Surprisingly delicious. No strong taste. Would recommend for long bike rides. Easy to take in, no bad after taste.

I have tried pretty much all of the gels on the market for both marathon and ironman races. I found out about PH when training for 70.3 race earlier this year and decided to give it a go. PH has become my favourite gel hands down. It has more carbs than other gels almost by 30% (most of them are 18-22g, here you get 30g), and I have never had stomach issues. I just ran CIM marathon where PH is an official nutrition on that race and got to try new chews of theirs and gotta say I’m in love! Give it a try, you won’t regret it.

I have a pretty sensitive stomach and these gels have been excellent for me. Just ran the Dallas Marathon 2 weeks ago and I took 4 gels during the marathon. No issues at all! Definitely my favorite gels.

Hands down the best carb gels I’ve ever used. I am taking 90g of carbs per hour with these and having zero issues. The texture is smooth and not too solid or watery. The taste is subtle but just enough to be desirable, while not over powering. I highly recommend.

I’ve tried a lot of gels, in the last two years I’ve sticked with Maurten. Now I decided to try the Precision to have more carbs in a single serving. I must admit that I love it. I love the neutral texture and the consistency (not too sticky, not too liquid). No GI issues. So probably next marathon will be with them!
