It is 100 mg per 1 softgel and that's what it should have on front of the bottle, not 300 mg
I think the pills are ok, but I was annoyed because it it says 300mg.. and much smaller "per 3 softgels". So why not write 100mg and then indicate that suggested serving is 3? I think it is bad packaging. Especially because "per 3 softgels" is much smaller than 300 mg
