Snape's Organic Brahmi Powder (Bacopa Monnieri) - 250 Gram

I don't usually leave a review so soon after receiving an item, but in this case exceptions can be made. This is in part due to the almost instantaneous effect Brhami powder has had on me. I've been suffering with anxiety for about a year, which I have been managing with exercise, diet, supplements and meditation, after the decision not to take prescription drugs.Though I have been 'managing' it, the core of the problem had persisted until I had my first cup of Brahmi tea. Within 5 minutes my resting heart rate went from around 72bpm to around 60bpm, what my resting heart rate should be for my health and age. My focus calmed, something that only meditation was helping with and the 'visual snow' I had been afflicted with as a consequence on my anxiety had reduced dramatically, and all this after one cup! To say I feel more human after one cup is an understatement.It brews easily in to hot water and is not too bitter at all, easily drinkable with no added sugar or sweetener.I've also been having breathing problems which seem to have been alleviated.If your having libido problems, this will most likely cure it... it's increased mine beyond a comfortable level and now seeking something to reduce it!I decided to go for the powder to start off with as there seem to be many tablet based of a variety of strengths promising a high percentage of the active ingredient. I feel I have chosen wisely and will probably never need to go to the more expensive alternatives.As I mentioned, I don't usually leave reviews so soon after a purchase, and I certainly do not have high expectations of things preferring to experience fully before making a comment, but this has left me with no choice in the matter. A top buy if your suffering with anxiety.I can see why they named with medicine after the creator God, Brahma.P.s. Do your research first, there are many health benefits to this product, some I have mentioned above, however there has not been a great deal of peer reviewed medical tests done with this product, there are some warnings that you should be made aware of, webmd being a good source of information.

This excellent herbal powder can be added as a table spoon daily in fruit berrymilkshakes and is very beneficial for concentration,memory and general wellbeing.this product is from the organic society and a special must have in today stressfull city life styles it can also be used whith some nice honey and cinamon to add a nice flavour to any sweet milkshakes in the blender .this brahmi powder is not recomended to use while warming up and cooking or mixing whith most foods or soups .

It does have a strong taste. don't know if this Brahmi works. I know the fresh ones in India does.

It is a natural boost of brain function. Alleviates anxiety and stress, of course, you have to consider what you eat, how you eat and how much.
