The capsules are the same size as (eg) Antibiotic capsules. They do have a slightly dusty taste as though some of the B3 powder is on the outside of the capsules. however this is the form of B3 that does not give a flushed face which apparently can happen with other forms.

These are just good value Vitamin tablets. I can only assume they do what Vitamin B3 are meant to do. We have been using these for a long time now. They're good value.

Recently found out I was deficient in vitamin B3 through a micronutrient test. Been taking one of these daily, very easy to take. Excellent price. If you read reviews on American Amazon you will see that people there use Nicotinamide for Skin cancer treatment and prevention. This aspect is still little known in the UK.
