I didn't realize it until this request for a review popped up, but there were supposed to be two bottles in the package. My package only had one bottle in it. I used one dose and assume it did what it was supposed to do. My only complaint, other than the missing bottle, is that the instructions are so tiny that you will need a microscope to read them.

Tested it out on my Sage Bambino and it works just as well as the official brand product. It's easy to pour and has markings to indicate each dosage. It doesn't have a strong chemical scent and is made from the same safe ingredients as the original descaler from the brand, so I wasn't too worried I'd damage the inside of an already expensive investment.The descaling cycle ran as expected and after a few water rinses my coffee was brewing as good as new.It also worked just as well on my Dolce Gusto and Nespresso capsule machines. It's nice to have a product that's versatile. Didn't work as well on my kettle but there's cheaper alternatives out there for that.Overall, works as expected and I'd be happy to recommend.

Great product, just what it says on the tin

I used this descaler to descale my Sage Nespresso machine. I could see it had cleared some crud, so must have worked. Since using it I've had many coffee's and the machine is performing well.You can also use this descaler on kettles, although there may be cheaper alternatives if you just want to use it for kettles. However for coffee machines, the formula works well, as it is made from plant-based Lactic Acid, which will not damage the internals or seals in your machine. This is the same formula the machine manufacturers use (and they charge a lot more).----------------------------This review is for an item I received free as part of the Amazon Vine program. The 'Caffenu Descaling Solution for Sage Machines (2 bottles - 4 Uses)' arrived in a branded box.I used one dose of this cleaner diluted as instructed to descale our coffee machine, and found it gave a good result. I used a second dose on our electric kettle and found it did a reasonable job of descaling.I am on the fence for this as although it worked with our filter coffee machine and partially on the electric kettle, I believe our previous cleaning method was far more cost effective in the long run.I think this is one product everyone will need to make their own decisions especially as water quality and level of lime scale can vary by area.
