Terrible bike brought for my 4 year old all instructions are for a completely different bike. Had parts missing and back tyre was busted. The company refused refund or replacement because I was 3 days after the return date as I waited to put it together for his birthday but as faulty I thought something could be done . Front panel of bike did not have no fixing either. Don't waist your money on this product...

Bought this for my 2 year old grandson. Excellent quality, decent value for money. Biggest problem, it had the wrong bike assembly instructions so had to rely on picture on net.

Awful quality, no proper instructions on how to build, breaks don’t work, completely dangerous wish ide never bought this, screws don’t tighten properly everything still moves on it. Avoid buying at all costs. If I could I would give it a zero

Lovely bike once put together, but really difficult. Instruction that came are for a totally different bike, some of the screws were not long enough, the You tube video makes it look simple, its not, took over 3 hours to put together.

It’s absolutely amazing, my granddaughter loves it, would highly recommend.

The product itself was average Chinese made goes together the peices are ther but it’s cheap you can tell. After ordering the wrong size I returned the bike they refunded me but not until a week after they had received the bike now I have to wait an additional 3-5 days for the refund to go through rather half assed ide say

Absolutely dangerous bike!!! Not suitable for a 4 year old, screws and bolts missing the handle bars collapsed absolutely shocking all together the wheels aren’t steady you need to recall these bike back because they are very unstable and looking at your reviews a lot of people have had the same problem with this bike I will be taking this further

Bought this back in October for Christmas for my little girl, stupidly I assumed everything would be in the box. Tried to put together last night with no instructions and half of the bolts missing. We had to go out shopping to find the bolts we needed. It looks amazing and I’m sure my little girl will love it but when you buy something you expect everything to be on the box.
