I bought the single cup for my partner and it arrived quickly. She was very happy with the performance until the motor apparently failed after just a few weeks of use.She contacted the manufacturer via the email provided on the instruction booklet and received a prompt response. It was established that the motor was faulty and a replacement was dispatched.Very happy with the product and exceptional customer service.

I was very happy with it initially, super easy to use and quick to pump, but it unfortunately stopped working after 4 uses. The suction is no longer powerful enough to pump the milk, I only managed to use it for a couple of days, the after first charge it no longer worked as needed.

Very impressed with this product. Comes with everything needed including various flanges and a sizing sheet. Suction is good and multiple modes to simulate sucking etc. Have recommended to a number of friends.Battery does only last 2 pumps but i tend to power pump for 30 mins plus so would last longer if pumps were shorter.

Pumps initially were really good but then after 2 weeks of use the suction completely went leaving me in a lot of discomfort until I could get a manual pump.

This is the 2nd one I’ve bought. First one, I loved it although it leaked when nearly full so had to keep my eye on it and I liked to pump for 20 minutes and this one shuts off after 30. The reason I had to buy a 2nd is because the motor goes (after about 2/3months slows down). I read so many reviews for different pumps and this seems to be a common fault with many so I just bought what I new I liked but this one isn’t pumping as good as the last one, I’m not getting as much milk out so I hand pump the rest when I have time. If I ever get pregnant again, I’d be expecting to buy at least 2 pumps throughout the first year and my baby is only 4months old now so could be more.

I have used this breast pump now between 4 and 5 times per day for one month. It has been amazing at first and I would say after speaking to other pumpers who have a lot more expensive pumps this initially seemed to rival those and I had a great output.However over the last few days I am having problems with the suction whereby I keep losing suction and constantly have to re jiggle and hold on my chest and will have to hold down the button part of the pump on to the suction cup as this keeps coming loose. Not ideal when you pump to keep your baby fed and now have the worry of not being able to pump in case this does completely fail.

Effective and comfortable, essay to assemble and clean

I had to write a review for this product as I rarely write reviews and having had issues with my baby’s weight gain, I was pushed to pumping at the start of my breastfeeding journey via renting the Medela Hospital Pump (almost mentioned in these reviews by another mum) followed by my own Medela double “wearable” but actually not pump with a bit of manual pumping and hand expressing in between and this pump is by far the best I’ve tried. For 15 mins on each breast, I’m getting proper feeds and freezer stash size volumes from this pump! I also don’t feel I have to hunch over or sit down to do it. It’s really nifty and comes with a nipple measurement tool so you know you are using the right size flange (also comes with other flanges, something other pumps do not!). My baby is 6 months and I’m starting to introduce more formula and pump to build up a stash before I cut BF altogether and honestly, wish I’d bought this earlier! Highly recommend!
