It took a bit of time for the capsules to work but they are having an effect. The container smells of rosemary, as do the capsules so you know the capsules have real rosemary in them and not some weird fillings intended to be rosemary. Helps with the hair and memory and I haven't noticed much by way of an aftertaste. I would recommend them.
