Chug, Chug Tractor: Lots of Sounds and Loads of Flaps! (Super Noisy Books)

This was a gift for a boy that likes sensorary toys and it was a hit with him and even adults. It is made well, hard pages, very durable.

My 13 month old son loves this book. The pages and sound make it very interesting. If the sound isn't working simply hold the sensor toward a well lit area.

Well written with textures, sounds and more. Fabulous learning and fun book for a young child that likes tractors.

Toddler favorite book. Very engaging with the flap and sounds of the animals. Highly recommend.

I left this review a while back… and now need to edit this. We were bummed both books didn’t work… but realized that it was our fault! The books work when they are in LIGHT. We would read them as bedtime books in dim light in our babies room. Once we realized they are light activated, we would read them with a flashlight and they work perfectly! Such a cute book! (The light activation is mentioned on the back of the book. 🤦‍♀️)We were given this book a while back and loved the idea of the different flaps and sounds! The sound worked for us for one time reading it through and then it stopped working. Recently, I decided to buy a new one from Amazon, hoping that Our original book was a dud. But NOPE. This new book has only worked well for one read through too! We are so bummed. My son says “uh oh” when he opens the flap with sound and it doesn’t work. And then he turns the book over and flips the switch and beats on it a little. He was just as hopeful as I was. The book concept is cute and it talks about lots of different animals. But the fact that the sound hasn’t worked for two books… just is such a bummer.

My 18 month grandson loves tractors. This book has already been read numerous times. Great sounds and flaps. I bought another 1 to send home with him. He did rip a flap off, but I repaired it with craft paper and Elmer's glue. This is his favorite book.

I wouldn't buy again. Very shirt return window which I missed as it was an Easter gift for my Grandson. When I opened it up to put in his basket, it would not work. I had to buy replacement batteries before I could even give it to him. The directions on the book say u must use in very good lighting..which is ridiculous, and even then the sounds don't always work...even with brand new batteries! There are alot of flaps..but only about 5 that are supposed to make noise. Grandson isn't quite 2, and is used to other books that typically when he opens all the flaps something happens. So he didn't understand why this one had so many that did nothing when he lifted the flap. Very disappointed with this purchase.
