Awesome insert
I managed to break a toe last month. It is a relatively bad break. I went to the orthopedist and they gave me a shoe to wear to keep from bending my foot. I couldn’t wear it because I didn’t have another shoe that was the same height as that one from the doctor, and my hip hurt from walking with one leg higher than the other. When I went back for another x-ray, they told me I had to wear the shoe to keep my toe from moving as the bone wasn’t healing. I explained to her why I couldn’t wear it and she suggested I buy this to put in my shoes. It has been a lifesaver. Well worth when I spent for it. It is light yet allows me to not bend my foot when I walk. Is it the most comfortable thing in the world? No. But it’s doing the job of keeping me from bending my foot. So if your doctor recommends one of those weird open toe black boots to wear, see if this is something that they would let you wear instead. You won’t be sorry.

Runs small
The insert is rigid but it runs short and narrow. It did not fit properly in my shoe.

I can't imagine the $100 insert from ortho clinic is any better!
Who knew that a relatively inexpensive, thin insert could make such a huge difference?? I can run again without pain! So glad I didn't spend the extra money at the ortho clinic!

Recommended as an option by podiatrist, but did not work for me.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: This was one of the recommendations from my podiatrist. It did not work for me at all. It was very stiff and made it difficult to walk and hurt the bottom of my foot more. I was looking for relief from my Morton's neuroma. It was very stiff. It may well help others.

Helped my toe
This insole prevents my toe from hurting when practicing golf. But, I don’t wear them when playing golf because I can’t walk with it for an extended period of time without my foot hurting.

Great relief
Great! I put it in my tennis shoe after a break in my foot. It keeps my foot from bending. I can’t even tell it’s there. I got that and an ankle brace. Made life so much easier.
