This gas detector brought me peace of mind. I do have regular boiler checks and workers do check if there are any leaks but never detect anything. Well thing is that every now and then I do smell gas in the property but it is ever so difficult to prove this, and at the end I just decided to get this gas detector for my own peace of mind. Once I saw the case and opened it it gave sense of ot being quite professional equipment so was not sure if I will be able to use it. But after little research and reading instructions it was ever so simple to use it. When I do not use it I keep it in its case. Device itself is not big and is easily carried around. Comes with a charging lead so this removes the need for batteries. I think this is brilliant device.

I tested it near a gas hob and heater with my plumber during regular maintenance, and it alerted me within seconds.3- The ensure you won't miss a warning, even in noisy or low-visibility environments. I especially appreciated the vibration feature for situations where sound alarms might go unnoticed, like in a loud workspace.4- One of the highlights is its impressive battery life, lasting up to 14 hours on a single charge. This is particularly useful for long work shifts.5- The buttons are large, responsive, and easy to operate even with gloves on, which is a big plus for outdoor or indoor settings.Cons:1- I wish it had better brightest than this. It is easy to read but not bright for me.

Having used various gas monitors in my line of work, I find this one strikes a good balance between functionality and practicality. The alarms are clear and effective without being overly jarring. The battery life comfortably sees me through a full shift, which is a definite plus. It feels robust and well-made, giving me confidence in its readings.

This is a decent gas detector. It seems well made and comes in a nice hard case. It's overkill for what I use it for, which is often just testing for CO when camping with my log burner running. It's good to make sure the level is OK and I don't do anything to the family. It also tests for HS2, O2 and LEL. Not stuff I tend to need to worry about. Although It is nice to know my house is safe. It is easy to use and not too noisy. I can imagine that this would be great in a professional environment if it was your job to test for such things. The battery lasts a long time and charging is easy as it's just USB type C. All good stuff. Recommended.

The earth typically has 21% oxygen in its atmosphere. levels lower than 19.5% will set off the devices alarm.LEL - Lower explosive limit - gases which combust easily (petroleum, natural gas etc) this alarm will sound when levels reach 20%.The unit comes with its own storage box - a sturdy thing with EVA protective padding foam.Also included is a standard gas hood - attach a pipe and it directs gases to the sensors.This product is good quality and works well.I am happy to recommend it.
