This piece is a great add on or used alone (which is fantastic because putting a whole set together can be tedious and time consuming). The sound is much better than I expected--bright and resonant.

We love it. Very pleasant and sound. Works well with the set. My grandkids and I enjoy it.

This marble run set is very fun and has a nice sound. It kind of stands alone, but it is a delightful addition to a larger Hape Quadrilla marble run set.

This is a really fun piece to add to our other marble set. The kids love the music it makes. I'm giving it 4 stars because I think the price is a bit high. I would buy it again, though!

This thing is awesome! You can put it either way on the track, so the music sounds different. We actually got two and usually have one each way. Makes the marble track just a bit more fun :)

Great little add-on for Hape marble run. Adds a musical element that the kids love. I suppose it's possible for kids to play with it solo, but it won't be very entertaining on its own. Get a larger set (watch for a sale or even get used...so long as you get all the pieces, the sets themselves hold up well...the biggest casualty will probably be the instruction manual which you could probably find online) initially and add this one on if your kids like it.

The pieces don't actually click in together for this marble run so its too easy for kid's to knock it over and get frustrated enough where they just give up. I would not recommend this marble run at all.
