I feel like this nutritional supplement gives me a nice boost of energy and helps me think more clearly. It also seems to improve my sleep, which is a big plus. For the price, I think it’s a good deal.

I take it first thing in the morning with lemon and apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach.For the first two weeks I didn’t feel much of a difference everything was normal and asked myself if it was worth it , but then in the middle of the third week I noticed my energy levels changed , I no longer need to take an nap after work and then go to the gym , I just get home and shower to go exercise.I also noticed some change in my mood , focus and sharpness probably because more energy but everything seems brighter.The other thing could be also Maybe because of creatine I’m taking but I noticed my workouts are more intense and in the third week I was able to lift more weight .I’m gonna keep taking it and gonna report back in a couple months to see how it’s going, take it everyday and wait for the results so far I’m Happy with it

I took this supplement for 1 week. Then my schedule was thrown off and I did not take any supplements.But during the week that I was taking, I can't honestly say that I saw some magnificent change. Of course, this is often the case when you are taking a supplement for general overall health as oppose to trying to treat an aliment. For example, the COQ10 is generally regarded as good for overall cell health. It might be hard to quantify the benefit of taking COQ10 when not taken to treat an aliment. But for those who are prescribed a statin drug and experience some of the side affects which can be alleviated by taking COQ10, it becomes easier to quantify the benefits because there is a direct causal relationship being taking the supplement and a reduction of in the side affects of the statin drug.My point here is that all the ingredients in this one convenient pill have lots of research to show benefits at the cellular level. But that might translate to into "feeling better" or "feeling more energy". I believe that is the case for me. I truly felt no different from one day to the next. But I believe in these supplements and will continue to take them. This company inGreen does make it easier to get the supplement all in one convenient pill. Where before I has a separate pill for Resveratrol, and other for COQ10, and yet another for NAD+, now I have one (twice a day).

I really can feel a difference with these. I really appreciate the TMG and CoQ10 included in this blend of NAD and NMN. I think the resveratrol and CoQ10 are what are giving me extra energy. Many of the ingredients in here are great for mitochondrial function, which is our energy motor. These are expensive but they are definitely worth it.

According to their website, I learned that they are a California-based human supplement specialty manufacturing company with decades of experience in the field and a commitment to providing the best supplement products and service. I was looking but I was unable to find if their products are 3rd Party Lab tested, which always would give me extra confidence when taking supplements. All in all, it's worth your consideration based on the combination of several important synergistic ingredients for a NAD+ supplement to support your well-being.
