I can’t believe I’m saying this, but this gum helped me quit smoking—starting with the very first piece. I’ve struggled with quitting for years, tried patches and other methods, but Nicotinell gum actually worked for me. It immediately took the edge off my cravings and gave me the control I hadn’t had in a long time. Now, let’s be real—the taste isn’t exactly pleasant. It’s not like chewing regular gum, and it definitely has a medicinal aftertaste. But honestly, that didn’t matter to me. I would’ve done anything at that point to quit smoking, and this gum gave me the breakthrough I needed. The benefit far outweighs the taste. It’s also convenient to carry around and use throughout the day when cravings hit. If you're truly ready to quit and willing to push through a slightly bitter flavor, I highly recommend giving this a try. It worked for me, and I genuinely didn’t think anything would.

Taste nice but been using for to long, I am now addicted to this, at least it not as bad as smoking

These chewing gums are really helping to give up smoking. I did use them now and then on a day out with family and they did work but I wasn't ready to give up at that point. Now I am in a better place, they are working remarkably and I am well on my way to give up smoking completely.

Help stave off the cravings. Flavour wears off quick and I’m not a fan of chewing gum when it has no flavour left but if it keeps me from smoking I’ll take that

طريقة الاستخدام الصحيحة حسب ماقريتها لتجنب الحرقان انك تمضغها الى ما تطلع نكهتها وبعدين تحطها بين الخد و الاسنان وتمتص من خلال الفم ما تتجه النكهة مباشرة للمعده وتسبب حرقان و اعيب على العلكة هذي انها حاليه بزياده
