Sweet fudge with a fruity tang.
This coffee tastes really nice. It doesn't taste burned at all. It's really weird how it doesn't overpower the flavour/texture of the filtered water while being so delicious. This is one of those coffees that you can brew pretty weak and it still tastes good, so it can be a money saver. I'd describe the flavour as being somewhere between fudge, caramel & toffee. Just took another sip and got a strong taste of stroopwaffles! There's a very subtle hint of berries in the background, but it's not an acidic coffee at all. Very smooth & gentle. If you've never tried single source coffee, this is an excellent introduction. Grab yourself a cheap V60 filter kit & this coffee will blow your mind.

Always found these good
Suits my palate. Makes a lovely cup of coffee when used with my Sage Coffee maker. Good flavour and just the right strength (No.3) to give me a lift.

These really are the best
Thank goodness I found this coffee which is as good as, if not better than, my previous coffee which I couldn't get any more. I've just ordered four more, and life is sweet!

Best tasting coffee I've ever had
Once you get this one dialled in it's simply phenomenal on flavour, I've yet to find a coffee that I prefer. As it's a slightly darker roast my recommendation is to use less than you'd expect else you will wind up with under extracted (bitter) coffee. I use a Melitta filter machine, I tend to set it to the finest grind size, full strength (3 beans) and 6 cups. For this I fill the tank to 11 (just beyond the maximum recommended 10 mark). On the occasion that I've accidentally purchased pre-ground coffee I use 3 heaped dessert spoons to the same amount of water. Overall I find this to be chocolatey with caramel and a bit of fruitiness to the overall flavour. The guy who gave this 2 stars clearly doesn't understand the simple principles of brewing a good cup of coffee. If it's bitter you didn't put enough water through the amount of coffee that you ground, it's very simple science.

These are certainly not the best
Really disappointed given the naming and positive reviews. These are commodity beans roasted to a fairly poor standard; according to the packaging they're medium roast but actually close to a dark roast, an uneven one, with plenty of burnt and broken pieces... the main issue is that the end resulting cup of coffee is overtly bitter. After picking out lots of defect beans, adjusting the grind, brew temperature, ratio, etc to get the best out of the product, the underlying flavour of low end Columbian coffee, isn't amazing either. Perhaps I received an unusual batch; however, the beans have the sheen of a dark roast right on the photo on the packaging. To the people enjoying this, I’m kind of pleased for you but if you’ve not experienced a high quality cup, where the flavour is clean and crisp, do yourself a favour and try brewing with some specialty grade coffee, freshly ground, with soft water (most important) and if you’re not thinking about technique, watch a youtube tutorial on how to get the best out of your brewing device. Luke, you’re clearly still learning, a pretty reliable option is Union Maraba. Keep up the edits, the coffee is still terrible.
