These are great to add to rice or stews to give just a hint of lime to balance the flavors. I use fresh Keffir Leaves when I can find them, but they're not always available and they don't stay fresh very long. Thank you for a quality product at a good value.

These had a unique and great taste! A ton come into the pack and it is great value for the money. A little goes a long way and it is a solid product all around.

Tom Yum needs these leaves. They don't sell them at the grocery store, few people grow their own, and you're kind of killing the tree when harvesting them from other people/friends. This bag, for the convenience and all, is worth every penny. The smell of flavor explodes into your nose when you open the bag and sniff. Smells exactly like Tom Yum soup. I used about 10-13 leaves for a decent pot (7 cups of water + ingredients) and have at least half a bag left. The soup tasted amazing and had the flavor and aroma of the leaves that I was looking for. Very well priced, good quality.

Affordable, intact Makrut Lime Leaves. Use them dried in Asian soups/stews/curries, or soak them in warm water for a few minutes for use in fresh applications. The flavor is bright and distinctive.

When I opened the package, the whole cabinet lit up with the fresh smell of kaffir lime. Plenty in the package (which has a Ziplock at the top to keep it closed.

This makes Thai cooking so flavorful with the taste of lime essence but no acidity.

The flavor in these is so potent and delicious when paired with a Thai curry recipe. Highly recommend!
