For about twenty beans, these are well crafted. Mine came with extremely sharp points, which is what they are supposed to be. The grind is a bit off center with the center point of the knife being a little different from the apex of the edges. The edges are not very sharp, straight out of the package it struggled to open an envelope. So, if you are looking for a letter opener, these will require some sharpening at least. The temper of the blade is OK with a slight ring to it vs an untempered knife's "thud" when struck against something hard. The included kydex sheath does a great job of protecting your squishy bits from the pointy end. It includes something like an ulti-clip to secure the sheath to whatever you want to anchor it to. I plan to use mine to open compressed white tea cakes. I expect it will work for pu'erh also.

It's a spike and not a dagger. Edges are not sharp. Point is very sharp. Not a bad product. I would have designed a slim sheath for it though.

I like this blade a lot. Very cool design. It's long but light and compact at the same time due to the thin width of the blade. The tip is razor sharp! I GENTLY pressed my thumb on it and instant blood (small puncture) most of my other knives don't have a tip that sharp. The edges are both dull as a rock but that's ok I like sharpening my knives so no negative points for that. The only thing that's keeping it from a full 5 stars is I would have liked to see the blade material stamped on the blade rather than wondering what it is because you can't always trust the description online. But all in all very pleased with this knife ,nothing bad to say about it and Its going straight in my bugout bag!

Wonderful little knife. Amazingly sharp. Perfect balance. I am going to order a few more as gifts. Both my sister and brother like pointy shiny things. My only complaint regards the sheath. It grips the handle so tightly that I inevitably draw it with the knife. Hopefully I can figure a workaround.
