Amazingly effective
My period is usually very heavy and lasts for around 10 days. I started taking these gummies in the middle of my cycle and have been so impressed by the difference. For the first time in my life (46 years old and have been having periods for 33 years) my period only lasted for 5 days! I also only had one day of very heavy flow (day 2) and hardly any period pains. I am honestly amazed that a natural supplement can be so effective.

Does what it says on the bottle
As a person with Endo I find these Gummies very helpful with my digestive system & has help with the day to day challenges associated with Endo.

They’re ok.
I haven’t really noticed a difference taking these but as long as I’m getting vitamins. They taste a bit fusty and stain your fingers.

The texture is horrific, taste is ok. But unfortunately saw no different nor felt any different after a month.

Amazing
Couldn’t recommend these enough, have told anyone who will listen to try. Have been taking these for 3/4 months now and they have helped my endo and regulate my period in such a short period of time. They haven’t taken away my symptoms or cured me but have deffo noticed a big change in my symptoms and how frequently I have flare ups. 10/10 from me

Do not take if you are Trying to Conceive!!!
I took this to balance my hormones but this has messed up my cycle. I am currently 10 days late and I am not pregnant. Be careful if you are TTCing because this can hinder your ovulation as it messes up with your FSH. Just Google how long did it take your periods to come back after you stopped vitex and you will be shocked.

Ich habe PCOS mit Insulinresistenz und die Periode kommt vielleicht alle 5-7Monate. Hatte vorher Inositol Pulver. Habe jeweils 1 Morgens und 1 Abends genommen, sie schmecken nach Ananas, sind leicht zu kauen. Nach ca. 3 Wochen Einnahme ist die Periode gekommen, was in meinem Fall super ist! Kann es auf jeden Fall für Frauen mit PCOS weiter empfehlen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen!
