Will shut off when it gets hot not sure if it’s faulty or it’s supposed to do that but besides that it works great

Was working great until one day it just decided not to heat up anymore. I have only used distilled water as directed. Very disappointed and also very tired of having to replace my steamer.

Haven’t had any issues with this steamer !! Very simply to use, easy to put together and light weight. There is a bit of a noise when the steam comes out but it’s not terrible!
