Great pot filler. Nice modern shape and easy to install. Only lasted a year and then sprung a leak.

Great addition to the kitchen. Good quality, No leaks, Heavy construction. Only concern I have is that when I return faucet to the wall such that it moves counter-clockwise it loosens the upper arm. UPDATED: November 23, 2018 - Ok I've owned and used the faucet for a couple of months now and as I said the earlier the faucet loosens if you move it counter-clockwise (Lefty loosely, righty tightly) As it was starting to drip, my engineering back ground drove me to take it apart to see what was happening.. VERY POORLY ENGINEERED! Instead of a nice slip joint like most kitchen sink faucets the arms simply screw together so if you move them counter clockwise they unscrew and loosen. There is a jam ring beneath the joints but the design doesn't allow it to work as it should. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENT THIS FAUCET! Okay, so after taking it apart fro the 4th time I figured it out. My faucet was NOT tightened properly at the factory which allows it to spin without untightening. If your faucet gets loose you have to take it apart. The bottom of the O-ring nipple is ground rectangular, which allows you to tighten the nipple into the arm. I used a 10" wrench and some serious oomph to tighten it to the point where I could go counter-clockwise on the large nut to thread it into the female opening and tighten it. Good luck. If this doesn't work I'll come back with an update

UPDATE 1:I'm leaving the original review in place, but changing my rating, Imlezon reached out to me on their own to offer a replacement OR full refund. I really appreciated it, and as I stated earlier, it is a great looking pot filler, so we went with a replacement. Much sturdier this time around. I don't anticipate having a problem with this replacement. Upgrading to 4 stars. Much appreciated!Really nicely designed pot filler. We rarely use it, maybe twice a month, and 6 months after installation it picked up a leak on the joint closest to the wall. In my opinion if it leaks, its a 1 star rating, there are no bonus points for style at that point. Hope we can find the same style or close!

Very solid & heavy. It started leaking from elbow within a week.Update on July 3, 2018: IMLEZON has exceptionally good customer service. They replaced the faucet with no cost to me. I am bumping up my rating by one star because of the customer service and the fact that the faucet is working fine for the last 10 days. I will review again after about a month.Update on August 3, 2018: It did not leak and is working without any issue.

Loved this pot filler when we received it. Very sturdy, so beautiful. It started leaking at the joint closest to the wall at 10 months. Customer service sent a video to try to fix the issue - no luck. Without hesitation, they sent out a replacement. I can live with that!

Edit: We bought this thing a few months back and finally got it installed (you know how remodels go). After two days of use, it started leaking at the middle joint. I reached out to the seller, and they sent us a new one that's working well so far. Seems our first one had a defect.

This pot filler was so much more than I expected for the price! The quality is outstanding and the faucet is so heavy. My husband is a contractor/builder so he installed it and had no problems with the installation. We get great comments about our custom kitchen and we love this pot filler.

This was good, but can't use this on an outside wall in New England.
