Strong Grip, Solid Build, Easy to Use
I’m really impressed with this grip strengthener. It feels sturdy and well-made, not flimsy like some cheaper ones I’ve tried. The resistance is smooth and consistent, making it great for both beginners and more advanced users. I love that it’s comfortable in the hand and easy to use while watching TV or between tasks. It’s been perfect for improving grip strength and forearm endurance, and I’ve already noticed a difference after using it regularly. This would be great for workouts, recovery, or stress relief, and it’s small enough to toss in a gym bag or keep at a desk. Overall, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do and feels built to last. Highly recommend!

Can adjust the tension
Like the fact that you can adjust the tension on the grip. I keep it on the table next to my chair. Hands and forearm get a good workout. Seems to be very well built.

I've had tendonitis for the past 20 years roughly at this point and I've tried various exercises and stuff for it. My doctor recommended a stress ball to help strengthen the muscles around my tendons for support but I find the stress balls to be awkward to hold and makes it painful to use because of that. This has been a much better choice to help improve my grip strength and tighten up the muscles around the tendons in my arms. There's a knob that allows you to adjust the tension so it can be really easy to grip or really hard. If you have damaged tendons, I suggest starting it on the lower settings to help build yourself up to the higher settings. I have personally come to notice that my grip in my left hand which doesn't have tendonitis is considerably stronger compared to my right hand so I have to halve the overall tension whenever I use this to exercise my right hand. The adjustment to the weight resistance is easy to set, it's literally just the turn of a knob and it adjusts the spring outward or inward. One of the best features about this is the fact that it has that curved handle that fits around your fingers better and makes it a lot more comfortable and easy to use. I think that's the big benefit with this over a typical stress ball if you have tendonitis. With a stress ball your hand is in the shape of the ball and it's not is easy to make the grip because your hand is not setting uniform. With this however, it is in the shape of your natural hand grip which makes it a lot less strenuous on your wrist in particular. It's still hard to do and hurts because tendonitis sucks like that, but it's considerably less painful compared to squeezing on a stress ball. If you need something to exercise your hand if you have something along lines of tendonitis or potentially even carpal tunnel, this is a solid option. I would maybe suggest talking to your doctor first to see if they think something like this is a good option but from my personal experience with tendonitis specifically, it has been helping build up my grip and keeping the tendons stretched a little better. I highly recommend it.

Great product. Solid construction. Excellent range of resistance. It goes from child friendly to beast mode. I currently have it set at 35kg but it goes up to 60kg. I can barely move it at max settings. It goes as low as 5kg so if you haven't got a strong grip, you can still use it to start building hand strength. Perfect for rock climbers, weight lifters and the lower settings are ideal for rehabilitation after hand injury.

My husband's had problems with the grip in his hand. When I saw the Fit Beast grip strengthener I thought it would work well for him. I was right. It's adjustable so you can start at the level you're at and then push yourself to new levels. I tested it out before I gave it to him and it worked well. Now that I'm in rehab for a broken hand, I think this will be very useful for me. I'm not at the point of strength training yet, but we'll be using this as soon as I'm able to.

Fantastic forearm and grip trainer! I like how easy it is to turn the dial and increase or decrease the tension. You can start easy and keep using this by increasing the strength required as you get stronger. Well built, feels ergonomic when you hold it and is a size that I think would work for most hand sizes. Recommend! I am already seeing the results from just using it while I sit on the couch. lol
