Awesome product.
Great unit. Everything works flawlessly. Had some issues with sound when I connected it at first but with a quick conversation with customer service it worked amazing.

Cheap harness, poor connections, wack Bluetooth.
Definitely not worth the money. The harness is made extremely poor with cheap connections. The poor connections cause a high pitch whining noise in speakers that changes with your RPM's I've seen this before with bad connections on radios. I contacted them to see if I could get just another harness and they wanted me to send back the whole radio. I fixed it myself by replacing all the cheap wiring with my own. Unless you're handy and think you can replicate this harness I don't suggest buying. I ordered two of these and they both did the same thing. The radio is not that great also it has a lot of bugs with the Bluetooth. Random Bluetooth drops car connect issues all sorts of stuff. Wish I would have just sent the radio back when I had the chance I bought another stock radio and this thing is just gathering dust in my closet.

Good but weird
Works decently. Install took me 2 hours due to heat and injuries but it’s doable. Sound is fine. Seems to lower the music constantly when I get a notification and leaves it low for like 10-15 seconds. Putting my phone on silent fixes that. There is a weird beep every 10-15 seconds and it sounds like a system beep. Turned off most sound settings and I still hear it. No buttons , screen , or switch is getting pressed. Screen and sound quality is good Update - just a couple days after installation. - The beep is every minute so according to some forums it’s a notification that the radio is pulling to much power Slightly annoying but livable. - Apple car play freezes once in a while and have to reboot the radio. - Apple CarPlay disconnects from phone occasionally which is annoying while driving. - Set up the canbus controls but it keeps switching my steering wheel next or previous buttons around so up is back and down is next. No reply from email on instructions so not sure if someone is helping or answering questions. 3/5 stars as of July 24 , 2025

Amazing !
This stereo not only looks great but it sounds amazing! The installation was easy and fit perfectly to my 2013 Hyundai Genesis coupe 2.0T! (Just make sure you read EVERYTHING because I had a little trouble with the sound not working and once I read the small red print, it worked). The customer service was very professional and understanding ! Would 100% buy it again:))

Great Upgrade with a Few Minor Quirks
I recently installed this head-unit in my 2016 Genesis Coupe and overall, I’m pretty happy with it. The performance is smooth with little to no lag on the 4gb ram version and the display is pretty bright, making navigation with a glare still pretty easy. The integration of both wireless and wired CarPlay/Android Auto works pretty good! That said, there are a couple of quirks worth noting. The only way to get sound from the head unit is via the aux cord. It wasn’t a huge hassle once I had it set up, but it did take a moment to figure out compared to a plug-and-play audio output. The steering wheel controls work flawlessly but the climate controls are a bit janky, but givr enough output to figure things out. Additionally, the directions included were okay at best – not exactly comprehensive, more of just labels for things on the head unit itself, but was more than doable without little to no experience. Install was maybe 2 hours for me, minus pulling it back off to install the ground loop isolator! There was also an engine whine noise coming through the speakers which I got fixed with a Ground Loop Isolator! All in all, this head unit is a fantastic upgrade for anyone looking to modernize their car’s entertainment system. Despite the minor audio workaround and less-than-perfect instructions, the overall performance, display quality, integration with existing cars features and connectivity make it well worth it!

Don't buy this, it messes with your car's electrical system
Weird whining sound goes through into speakers when revving, and when I installed this, it made it so my AC wouldn't blow out cold air anymore, idk what it did to my sistem, but now it only blows hot air right after the install. Edit 1: right after installing it, it made my car idling stay at 2k rpm

Bluetooth is crap, does not connect every time. Got one device to work, but it never worked again. No way that I can find to update to latest release. Will be looking at getting a name brand unit in the spring. Google maps android auto connects 3/5 times. Just not something you can get in your car and just go. You usually have to troubleshoot issues before you drive.
