I feel that KSM-66 works better for me than Sensoril. I use Ashwagandha for anxiety and I felt it working within the first few days. I do not cycle this product, I just take continuously. No side effects whatsoever. It's nice that the BioPerine is included for absorption and that the full 600mg dose is only one pill. Best Ashwagandha supplement I have taken so far. Good price per serving as well. If you are thinking about trying Ashwagandha for anxiety just buy this one.

Better prices on other brands.
Not the best KSM 66 for the dollar. Look for other brands for a better price.

I found no value in these at all. I went through 3 bottles and it was a waste of $$$
