Nikon NIKKOR Z 28-400mm f/4-8 VR Mirrorless Lens

Absolutely an incredible lens, super sharp, the only down side is the aperture, and honestly if you use DXO photo lab or topaz AI it can do wonders, please don't bother with those ridiculous you tub videos, if your looking for an incredible, versatile, all in one lens look no further, this by far the best in its class.

This lens is a game changer for me. It’s quick to focus, dead-on accurate, it’s got beatiful sharpness and bokeh, as well as color depth. The lens is definitely a bit heavier than most lenses but for what you’re getting, it’s a great piece of equipment. I wish the price was not as much but that’s photography equipment for you, so comparatively, and respectfully, the lens is a good value for the money and the performance speaks for itself.

I got this lens for traveling because of its weight, telephoto zoom range, and its price. I was using a Nikon Z9 and traveling in Mexico and got some great daytime pictures of Birds in Flight diving in the shallows for fish. I also used it indoors in Japan for a Sumu Wrestling competition. I got some exceptional pictures using ambient light from about 30 yards away. It also worked extremely well for daylight landscape pictures. I highly recommend . It's extremely versatile and well built,

I was hesitant to buy this lens, since most of the lenses which such a wide range, do not deliver quality sharp enough images. The 28-400mm range is absolutely amazing to work with. The quality of the images are very good and I cannot think of a better “one-lens” for travel than this. Well done Nikon!
