Seriously, this is THE best snorkel mask I've ever tried.
So I heard about the Seaview 180 V3 and that they had made improvements to the design to help reduce the work of breathing. I already had a Seaview 180 V2 and have enjoyed it, so I thought I would give the V3 a try. I am very impressed. The V2 is still a solid snorkel mask, but the improvements that were made for the V3 are not to be dismissed. I took both masks to the gym to test them out and can definitely say that the ability to take deep breaths, even under exertion is noticeably better with the V3. I also enjoyed the new design to the straps that allow you to clip them on instead of having to always pull it over (you can still pull it over though if you choose). I also noticed that the face seal is better - I can wear it looser and not have leaks on the sides of the mask, even when the pressure increases with diving. And speaking of leaks, if they do happen, the V3 has a great drain mechanic that once you come up, you just lift your chin up and the water drains right out, without having to take the mask off. And all of that with the same (or better) clarity and view angles provided by the full face mask of the Seaview 180. TL,DR: •Noticeable improvement in work of breathing •Easier mode of putting the mask on •Improved face seal allows looser fit and same/better seal •New/improved method to drain water from mask • Same great full view angles and clarity So, if you're looking for a snorkel mask, or even if you have one, but you wish it worked better, I would suggest you try the Seaview 180 V3. You will be glad you did.

Best Full-Face Snorkel Mask We’ve Used—Perfect for the Whole Family!
We live full-time on a sailboat in the Caribbean and use our snorkel gear almost daily, so we’ve tested quite a few full-face snorkel masks over the years. This one definitely exceeds our expectations! It’s durable, comfortable, and has given us absolutely no issues with carbon dioxide build-up, which has been a concern with other brands we’ve tried. We bought one for each member of our family of six, and even our younger two (ages 7 and 9) fit perfectly in the size small. The fit is secure, the seal is reliable, and the visibility is fantastic. These masks have made snorkeling so much easier and more enjoyable for all of us—no fussing with separate mouthpieces or foggy lenses. Highly recommend for anyone who snorkels regularly or wants a reliable, high-quality mask for family adventures. This has quickly become one of our favorite pieces of gear onboard!

Excellent, full face snorkeling mask
This mask is everything it is hyped up to be, handled extensive snorkeling. Probably 15-20 hours on my recent trip to the Cayman Islands. The ability to breath through your mouth and nose is great. It never water boarded me or anything. Seal worked good, it didn’t stop working if a little hair got in the way. Viability is excellent, had zero fog issues and I didn't use any treatments to prevent that. Be careful with installation and removal of the tube, it feels like a failure point. Try to just keep it assembled. Obviously you can’t equalize so it isn’t very comfortable if you take a dive down 10ft to look at something. The breath ability is second to none though. I could swim for hours with this and not feel labored breathing. Be careful not to remove it while in deep water, it can be difficult to get it back on but not impossible. Every once in awhile I slightly would lift up the front of the mask to remove any CO2 build up from the large area for it to accumulate. I would buy 20 of these if I heard they were going to be discontinued and I literally recommend them to everyone. Excellent product.

Wonderful alternative to traditional mask! Full field of vision. Go Pro mount.
I bought this mask because my traditional mask was dry rot from lack of use. I started researching snorkel masks and this type of full face mask kept popping up. I ended up buying the style with the snorkel on top of the head and this one which has it on the side of the face. I tried them both on and found that this brand had a better fit for my face. However, MANY tourists here in Roatan have the top of the head style. I'm the only one with this style that I've seen. Could be because it's more expensive than the other brands? I definitely prefer this style because I don't feel I look quite as silly as with the other kind. I look like I’m from Halo rather than The Snorks! Anyway, this mask is very comfortable, easy to use, and does the job well. You'll want to get it fitted to your face while both dry AND wet before you jump off the boat or go into deeper water because it's challenging to tread water while trying to fiddle with the straps. I enjoy the quick connect/release feature but don't tend to use it often because once you get it fitted to your face, you can pull it on or off with ease. My hair is short, so I had no problems with my hair getting tangled in any part of the mask, but I don't think it would be an issue even if my hair was longer. I really liked not having anything in my mouth! I was able to talk to myself while underwater, and when you come up out of the water, you can talk to others without having to remove anything. You may have to shout depending on how far you are from others in your group. As with any mask, you want to make sure your face is clean and free from lotions and oils and your hair is clean and free from products or your face will become slippery and the mask will not have a good seal. If water does come in, it will drain around the mouth and go out on its own or when you exhale. It's a very clever design. You also don't have to have the straps very tight. Too tight and you will be uncomfortable very quickly. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase! It has a space to attach a Go Pro or other similar style camera and I plan on doing that next time rather than fumbling with an underwater camera or having something in my hand while I’m trying to swim. Believe me, being able to go hands free is big! **Also, it will not fog up like traditional masks. I did not need to use toothpaste, spit, or keep water in the bottom. I did not need to keep poking my head above water to make adjustments to the mask either. Others in my group were always stopping or resurfacing to make adjustments and I never needed to do that. In fact, the more you come out of the water to tread, the more likely you are to let water in around the mouth seal, which makes it feel very weird and slimy. It’s not uncomfortable nor will the mask fog up, but it’s not pleasant. So, once you go in, stay in and enjoy!

Awesome product.
I ordered 3 of these snorkel gear (1 of each size) for a recent trip to Hawaii with my kids. In the past, I’ve had trouble with other snorkel gear because I always have a trimmed beard (length on a scale of 1 to 3 with a standard wahl trimmer) and I don’t shave. My beard grows fast and I didn’t have to trim for an entire week when in Hawaii. This product was amazing and made the snorkeling experience so much more enjoyable for my kids and myself. Even with the beard, I had very little leakage and was able to dive down to check out areas a little closer. You don’t have to worry about removing a mouth piece for a snorkel tube to talk to the person next to you. You just have to raise your voice a bit more when talking to someone next to you. I could literally hear the joy in my daughter’s voice and her describing the colors of the aquatic life along the coral when she was right next to me within a few feet. So cool. Never had the issue of sucking in salt water from a snorkel after you remove it to talk to someone then put it back in before blowing it out. Never had a scenario where I dove down and water started rushing in the side of the gear like I’ve had with other gear before. Never had a situation where salt water came in through the snorkel tube either if I went below the surface for a brief moment. This was extremely nice to not be choking on salt water. The tube is really well designed. The gear is also really easy to adjust for anyone from a commonsense approach. I found them to be super easy to breathe through. If there was ever any slight leakage all you have to do is raise your head out of the water and the water drains right out the bottom on mask. No need to remove gear whatsoever. There was a person in our group who had a similar version made by a different manufacturer and they did have a more difficult time breathing. They tried mine and liked it so much better. The only knock I would have to say would be that if you have kids who use the gear close to the shore where the waves break, sand will get in around the edges of the seal. Fortunately, I was able to get all the sand removed after returning home with a garden hose. For all three masks, it took about 15min total to get all the sand removed. My kids and I absolutely loved them and so did others who used them as well. I didn’t see anyone else with the same gear when in Hawaii. I thought I would see more people with them based on the product description and how it works. I would recommend anyone to try this product out for yourself for a great snorkeling experience. My kids and I absolutely loved them and so did others who used them as well. I can’t guarantee this snorkel gear will work the same for everyone, but it was amazing for myself, my kids, and others who tried it within our group. Well designed product.

The Best Snorkel Mask Ever!
I must say, the Seaview 180 V3 Full Face Snorkel Mask for adults has completely blown me away! As someone who rarely writes reviews, I couldn't resist sharing my experience with this incredible product. Let me start by saying that I've tried various masks before, including the highly acclaimed Greatever G2 Full Face Snorkel, but none compare to the Seaview V3. First and foremost, the Seaview V3 offers unparalleled performance. Whether I'm snorkeling or using it at the gym for swimming, this mask delivers exceptional results. It has significantly improved my swimming speed, allowing me to glide through the water effortlessly. The design ensures easy breathing, making my underwater adventures much more enjoyable. One of the things that impressed me the most is the attention to detail in the construction of this mask. The quality is top-notch, and it's evident that the manufacturer has taken great care in ensuring durability and functionality. I feel confident that this mask will last for a long time, even with regular use. Now, let's talk about the reviews. While the Greatever G2 may have thousands of reviews, I can confidently say that quantity doesn't always equate to quality. The Seaview V3 may have fewer reviews, but it surpasses its competitors in terms of performance, comfort, and overall user experience. Don't let the numbers mislead you; this mask is an absolute game-changer. If you're considering purchasing a snorkel mask, do yourself a favor and go for the Seaview 180 V3. Trust me, it's worth every penny. The difference it has made in my swimming routine is incredible, and I can't imagine going back to any other mask. Take it from a first-time reviewer—this mask is the best investment you can make for your snorkeling adventures.

Superior visibility works with my facial hair
I tried snorkeling for the first time last year on a family vacation to Maui. While I enjoyed some of the experience, I simply could not get a decent seal on my mask and water was constantly coming in and obscuring my vision. I tried a few different masks and even attempted to cover my moustache with Vaseline to stop the leakage. I tightened the mask straps to the point that I'd get headaches. Nothing gave me a watertight seal. By the end of the trip, I was only able to see in my mask during the short time I was exhaling through my nose to keep the water out. Not much fun. I may have been able to get a decent mask fit over my facial hair (a goatee and moustache) by going to a dive shop and putting down some serious money for a better mask fitted for me. I'm only an occasional snorkeler so paying a lot for that seemed stupid. I considered shaving clean but no one, including my wife, wants to see that. I saw other swimmers with full face masks and thought that might work so I bought this one before a family trip this year to the Virgin Islands. Wow. Just wow. The waterproof seal was remarkable for me and I have not had to tighten the straps much at all to get it. Breathing was effortless and I never once got water down the tube, even in rougher water. The view through the mask was outstanding. Comparing this full face mask to a regular mask is like the difference between an IMAX movie and a regular movie. It seems to resist fogging quite well too. My vacation was saved! If there are any cons, I needed to remember not to tip my chin up too far when breaking the water's surface to look around. If you do, a valve closes in the breathing tube and stops the air. It's easily solved by tipping your chin down a little. The mask is a good bit heavier than a regular mask but in the water, it's nothing. Finally, you do end up looking like an Imperial Storm Trooper but maybe that's not such a bad thing. If you have facial hair and can't seem to get a watertight seal with a conventional mask, this may work for you as well as it worked for me.
