Much more than the title implies
As a woman in midlife, I have found that the KETO lifestyle suits me well. I was surprised as I continued to turn the pages of this book, due to the quality and variety of delicious recipes, sample meal plans, and easy to follow instructions. Two recommendations would be quite helpful -- to include net carbohydrate count with each recipe and to update the meal plan with a "quick and easy" meal section. I can't see myself cooking rack of lamb for lunch!

Keto for senior
As you get older, it gets harder to have proper nutrition so I think it's nice that there is a Keto guide specific to this age group. There's a good amount of recipies, and it has pictures which I consider a major plus. Many recipe book don't have any which I think is a big mistake for this type of book

You get detailed information on definitions and concepts related to this way of living, its benefits, how to adapt by understanding the physical, hormonal, and psychological changes experienced in later years, the keys to success and expected results, safety measures and nutritional considerations, recipes and their measurements, plans for healthy and effective eating, exercise strategies, practical advice, inspiring real-life stories, the risks of this lifestyle to be well-informed, and much more, making it very comprehensive.As for the recipes, they are truly delicious and varied, and they relate to the content of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins, aligning with the conceptual development of the ketogenic lifestyle. It offers a plan for over 100 days to organize your meals. Regarding physical exercises, I would have liked the content to be more extensive and to include images of the suggested exercises. I understand the difficulty of offering an exercise book for older adults, given potential physical issues or the need for exercises tailored to each person. However, the exercises proposed are achievable and safe for the vast majority of people. It is a great book and highly recommended.

A lot of Recipes
It seems there was too much ‘repetitive’ emphasis on the importance of Keto diets for seniors throughout the beginning of the book. I found some recipes to not be user-friendly with a ‘low carb’ red wine, which I think would be hard to find, as well as how to measure 0.18 oz of crushed red pepper. And then on day 119, the suggested lunch is chicken, and dinner is chicken. Some formatting in the Table of Contents is misaligned as well. Just not well done.
