It is now Oct 2nd 2018 and I purchased these in June 2018. They fitted my walking boots fine and at first they were very comfortable and well cusioned. However, after only some 4 months the gel is breaking down and and filling my boots with gel bits. The various layers of the insoles are also coming apart. Whilst I do numerous 10 mile or so style walks I am surprised that these have broken down so quickly :(

I bought these as well as the blue ones from the same seller as I couldn't decide which ones I wanted. I bought them because my new hiking boots were a little roomy on top of my foot, and my feet would ache a little more than I thought they should.These insoles are quite a thick squishy gel, with different levels of squishynes in different areas. I have tried using them in combination with my original insoles and/or the blue ones from the same seller, and my conclusion is that I prefer the stiffer blue ones. After hiking some distance with the gel ones on rough terrain I felt like I could feel my feet moving a little, like walking on a wobbly jelly. This is an exaggeration and they were much more comfortable than the stock insoles, it's just that I preferred the cushioning and stiffness of the others in my hiking boots. I have put these in my trail shoes instead where I won't be walking on such rough rocky ground.To cut them to size the easiest way is to just remove your original insoles and draw around them on these, then just trim with sharp scissors. There are show size lines on the insoles you could use, but I found tracing the originals safer.Overall I'm very pleased with these, they have increased the comfort of my shoes. I don't know why shoe makers don't fit decent insoles in the first place!

I fitted these last night and wore them today. Fitting couldn't have been easier. Just use the current insole as a template and cut to correct size. They are even marked where to cut so they are even.Wearing them today was great. Super comfortable and support in the right places. They have a base that grips very well and doesn't move at all.Thumbs up from me.

Having been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my knees and habing a dry joint my doctor advised me to get some shock absorbing insoles. I wasn't really sure what I was looking for but went for these as they were mid range and seemed to be ok. I have to say, I love these insoles and I notice if I'm wearing shoes without them in. They're comfortable to wear and I can wear my boots longer before my feet ache. I can't say I notice any difference in my knees but they definitely help my feet. They're so good that I will replace them with the same ones when they wear out.

I should have bought these ages ago had them in my work boots for a day and a half and I'm so impressed my feet and legs do not ache at the end of the day I go home. Maybe I should have bought two pairs Back

I really wanted to like these, however whilst they did fit my shoe size (6) they would slip so I had a gap at the heals and the front was over my toes so not comfy at all and annoying as I had to continually take my shoes of to put them back into place. After less then a week they started to fall apart and I had to bin them. Have an extra star as I have received good service from the company and have been given a refund.

The product was easily cut and fits well. The gel base stays in position and doesn’t move. They provide adequate support and comfort. However after less than a weeks wear the top layer was pealing off one insert with the other following a few days later. without this layer it is very difficult to slide your foot into your shoe. Unfortunately therefore after less than 2 weeks use they are now going in the bin,
