I haven't actually used this yet but for the money I'm sure it will do the job. Nice and solid.

I purchased this anchor for when I'm out on the lochs and reservoirs fly fishing from the boat.The anchor is not big enough or strong enough to hold the larger boat that I use, however, it is great for keeping the boat from swinging about in a stronger wind along with the boat's main anchor.The anchor is not too heavy to carry and packs away just nicely in the anchor bag when not in use.The anchor would be ideal for use by kayakers, canoeists, and small dinghies.Still a great anchor though and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for one.

This is just the right size for my kayak, I tried it yesterday while fishing in a fairly heavy sea and wind and it held great, would recommend
