It’s perfect. Our kids and dog have played all over it and it hasn’t lost its shape or comfort level.

This item is made from expanding foam. It expanded to about half its size the first day then quit expanding. I've waited 7 days and it hasn't moved. I've tried all the tricks suggested and nothing more has happened. I do not recommend this product.

Poofed up perfectly.The fabric is very nice and it's very firm which I like.

The ottoman ships in a vacuum sealed package , so don't expect a large box 😉. As soon as I cut the package open, it immediately started to expand! I ordered b/c of the height of 14", but after the first 72 hours of waiting for it to fully expand, I was disappointed that it never reached the full 14". Yes, that 1" matters to me, I need the extra height. I actually let it sit unused for 4 days, but still, nothing, it maxed at 13". There is still loose fabric at the top, which should poof to make the rounded top (see product images in ad) but it did not, I have a flat top ottoman. Returning it for a replacement, in hopes the next one will fully expand to 14" height. Otherwise, it's a great ottoman, very firm and priced within my budget.

I really love this Ottoman. I got the grey color and I love the fabric and the color. The only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5 is because you definitely need to add some more stuffing to it. I wanted it firmer than what it was after using the filling it came with. But in fairness, it did mention that in the description. I am glad they did mention that it would be firmer if we added old towels or sweaters to it. It came vacuum packed and I let it inflate for a day. It was very easy to unzip the bottom and add towels to get the firmness I wanted.

This ottaman is of good quality, But if you have a sofa that fairly high you may need a taller ottoman, that’s my problem so I’m going to order a taller ottoman. It pooped up in a couple of days and I’m really happy with it , was kind of sceptic of it but it said ss was described.

This ottoman is a piece of junk. It comes vacuum. Packed with instructions to leave it out in a ventilated place for 72 hours. This is my second attempt with this piece of junk. Both times one side opened, and the other side remained closed and did not open. Despite every instruction, I followed from the seller and on the website. Amazon should be ashamed to Carey. This piece of junk.

Absolute junk.

The cover is really nice but i wasnt just buying a cover. The pouf never filled up enough so you could add blankets, to make it fuller but it's not at all what I expected ...therefore quite disappointed. Ended up returning it!
