I have a 34 DD cup and weigh 155 lbs with a small but noticeable tummy "pooch" so I ordered the large to ensure it wasnt too tight. The top was a bit roomy but the rest fit fine. A medium could have worked also with a shaper. Cute dress for low key outings. I ordered the black in a different style also, dying to see how that fits. My only wish is that the dress lining had the same color as the dress for a better look. Light colour linings tend to emphasize every fault if any ;)

Looks very pretty. I returned it because it said it was purple but it was really a pinkish color. I was specifically looking for a purple dress or I would have kept it.
