I'll be honest -- my first impression of this controller wasn't great. It had some pretty bad connection issues that were a deal breaker for me. This was especially disappointing, because on paper this controller is a phenomenal value. Wireless, back buttons, and hall effect sticks... for under $100?! Yes please! Every other controller with these pro features is either close to $200 or more, or wired. Heck, even the official Xbox wireless controller retails for $59. Sure, it's easy to find on sale, and it's undoubtedly a great controller on its own merit. But it doesn't include a rechargeable battery (which some might prefer being able to swap it, but it is an additional expense), doesn't have any pro features, and is prone to stick drift. I take care of my stuff, sometimes obsessively, and I've already had two official Xbox controllers develop drift. Fortunately, I had a wonderful experience with PowerA support who helped resolve my connection issues, and now I can fully recommend this controller. It's comfortable, feels good in the hand, and does everything you want at a competitive price. There's no frills or gimmicks, but I don't want that. I just want a wireless controller with back buttons that wont develop stick drift, without spending over $100. The only negatives are my initial connection issues, which were fixed by the PowerA team...And I also think the design is pretty ugly. I'm not even going to try and sugarcoat it -- the design just isn't for me at all. But I could care less about the design when everything else is such a great deal. So in closing, if you want a wireless Xbox controller that has back buttons and hall effect sticks, all for under $100 (and you don't mind if it's a bit ugly)...look no further. Even if you're unlucky and get a faulty product (which can happen with any company, to be fair) the support is top-notch -- something that's definitely not true about a lot of other companies. I wouldn't hesitate to but from PowerA again. In fact, I look forward to it.

Amazing product
Amazing controllers. Work great with no problems at all. I got 2 for my son and I. Highly recommend for anyone who likes to game with no stick drift.

Comfort,Value,Quiet
I was absolutely apprehensive about buying an off brand controller, considering the heartbreak I’ve had before I was absolutely wrong. My life was a lie before this controller. It should be way more expensive than it already is considering the quality you’ll notice right away the difference it’s lighter than even a basic Xbox controller there are four programmable buttons on the back you don’t need a program for it’s extremely comfortable to use and it’s a lot quieter to use than even a Xbox elite series 2 and a lot lighter. This is my standard controller going forward. Yes. there is every once in a while so I’m connectivity issue, but there is with every single device that uses some form of Bluetooth. The best part? Buttons respond the first time you press them something I’ve struggled with with normal Xbox license control controllers, including the Xbox elite series 2 this will map every button press the first time thank you for this product. from someone who’s recently recovering from a E bike accident with a broken right arm and a left arm with only 60% movement this controller has been a lifesaver when it’s come to fatigue. NOTE: I had stated earlier you needed a Windows computer to use the app. This is actually faults. You can download the power an app directly to your Xbox and use it from there. if you don’t see any updates listed, don’t worry they don’t show up unless there’s one available. The dongle could be better built it’s rather flimsy.-you can also download it on a Windows computer as well I don’t need the dongle to use it. The dongle only enables wireless just so you know.

The controller itself is great
I like the controller itself. Shipping times were decent. The only issue I had was that the inside of the package seemed a tad smushed, and the back of the controller's shell was popping out a bit. I pushed it in and it was completely like there was never an issue, but it isn't ideal. The controller itself is awesome. It came mostly charged out of the box. It feels really nice and has all sorts of buttons to map, different mapping profiles, etc. The back is very textured, making holding it for long periods comfortable. I haven't tested the UV aspect of the controller yet, but in certain lighting you can tell it might have some glow to it. Overall I am really pleased. The controller is wireless, which is obviously nice. The dongle is also Pac-Man themed which I thought was a pleasant feature. I got it on a Black Friday deal. I would recommend this product.

Pairing issues
Got this Aug 11 2025. It only lasted 19 days. On Aug 30, it stopped pairing and could not use it anymore. Since day 1 I had issues with charging but was able to get around it and it was not going to stop me using it. I had read other bad reviews about the pairing issue but thought maybe it was only a few faulty ones. Seems to be a repetitive issue and they have not fixed it. DO NOT BUY THIS CONTROLLER. The controller itself is good, it does not feel super high quality but it is not bad for a casual gamer. It got what I needed which was the programmable buttons on the back. Unfortunately it stopped pairing and even connected through cable, I was not able to use it.

Worth every penny!!!!!
I’m an Xbox gamer that plays 24/7 if I’m awake I’m playing. This means I burn through controllers. We’re talking like 6-7 of the Xbox wireless controllers per year I don’t throw them or misuse them I take good care of them cleaning them often. My wife bought me a Power A controller for Christmas last year it is corded and lights up so she thought hey cool I appreciated it but was extremely Skeptical because of the brand that i had never heard of and that it was corded. Much to my surprise it’s been my favorite controller it went threw 2 cords just from wear and tear we are back at Christmas and it’s still kicking the joy sticks have been wore almost half way threw but they still have pads which are always the fist thing to go there has been only one time it developed stick drift one time which was recently but that was quickly correct via the app and mind you I’m on an old gen Xbox. Now we ordered the Pac-Man cordless controller and Power A did not disappoint it arrived 2 days early it didn’t take long to charge. It is now day 3 and it just now died!!! I had absolutely no problems connecting. The spring tension is perfect and the smoothness is superb I wish there were a 10 star rating.

Not worth the money, go Gamesir G7 for xbox. PC Flydigi Vader 4
Response time isn't great. Back button placement is not ergonomic at all. Very uncomfortable. Thumbsticks feel good. Programming was easy. The wireless dongle TRASH! Randomly disconnects and won't reconnect without using a cord first. Fully charged before use. The color isn't red as in the picture it's pink but still looks cool. Trigger stops still a fail. They just can't get that right at all. Polling rate didn't go past 850 and I'm on PC. Input latency was one of the worst I've had. Not worth the money. Flydigi, Gamersir, and 8bitdo is the way to go. Gamesir for xbox is amazing.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my husband as well as the Borderlands 4 game. He loved his new controller and enjoyed trying out the various setting! Would recommend!
