A complete product. Berberine is such a useful supplement and a natural way to support my blood sugar. Tastes great and easy to use.

Great taste and easy to swallow. It does give you a boost of energy to help get through the day. I would definitely buy this product again.

The product gives me heartburn. I took it for about 3 days and then stopped when I kept getting heartburn. Once I stopped taking it, the heartburn stopped. I usually don’t add it to any liquids (like water, etc), just take it straight out of the bottle. The bottle does suggest that you drink a 8 oz glass of water with it, so maybe that’ll relieve the heartburn. It does taste good which I’m happy about, makes taking it a lot easier. I do agree with another one of the reviews that says the dropper does not fill up to 1 ML, it only sucks up about 3/4 of the product.

Very good product, taste great I think it’s value for money, the quality is very good not to mention the ingredients, highly recommend if you have high blood pressure.

My daughter said to get ceylon cinnamon. So I got this product out of fridge to show her I had it already. She said ya thats it. Love the flavor and ingredients. Its good on fish too with lemon.

It is good, but if you have a sensitivity to apple cider vinegar, (which it contains) I don't recommend it, for it will cuz headaches on a daily basis.

The product is easy to take and does not taste bad.

I ordered this directly from the manufacturer's website, originally. Then, since it was cheaper on Amazon, I ordered it from Amazon. Be very careful w this product. The bottle I got from Amazon was different ~ viscosity, taste & had floating particles in it~ AND, as others have noted, the dropper is defective, making it impossible to accurately dose. Over the course of taking this, I finally stopped when I felt faint w muscle weakness after strange drugged like dreams, with an all day "hangover" the next day- feeling like I got no sleep. I took this for 6 weeks, and the affects got progressively worse, with me feeling confused, very drowsy in the morning. Additionally, the manufacturer is difficult to work with... I wish I could recommend this, but it is like a shot in the dark, to use it to manage blood glucose, with vague amounts of powerful ingredients (like chromium) in each dose and "natural flavors." Sadly I do not recommend. The manufacturer was difficult to get answers from... they claim 3rd party testing, but cannot provide any evidence of that...
