First and foremost, the fingerprint sensor on the Pixel 9 Pro XL DOES work with this screen protector, and it works rather flawlessly. Secondly, installation was a snap using the included guide frame - alignment was perfect, only took seconds to install. When installing, make sure you press the MIDDLE of the screen protector so it adheres from the middle out to the edges, rather than from the edges toward the middle. Otherwise, you'll end up with bubbles under the screen protector. These can be worked out using a dry cloth or paper towel. Touch screen responsiveness is excellent with this screen protector...be sure to enable "Screen Protector mode" within the Android OS by going into Settings > Display > Touch Sensitivity > Screen protector mode (enable this option). The ONLY drawback to this screen protector is that it nearly comes in contact with my Spigen Tough Armor case because the protector covers the entire screen. If it left just a smidge more of room around the edges I'd be less concerned about the case potentially causing the edges of the screen protector to lift. So far I have not had the edges lift on me but it's VERY, very close to where the case overlaps the screen edges. Some MAY have problems depending on the case. Overall this is a nice screen protector, definitely recommend it for protecting your Google Pixel 9 Pro XL Screen. The ease of installation and the fact that the fingerprint sensor remains functional with this screen protector installed makes it an excellent buy for under $10.

I have ordered these amFilm screen protectors from TechMatte a couple of times now, for a couple of different phone models. The price is excellent for what you get, since you get three in every pack. Every once in awhile I drop my phone enough times that one of them finally breaks, but then I have a couple of backups and I can easily just change it out. They have always kept my actual screen behind them protected so that there's no damage to that. These apply really easily with the frame they give you to help line it up, plus they give you wet and dry wipes and a microfiber cloth to make sure the screen is completely clean before you apply the protector. It's not difficult to get additional bubbles out from under it after applying, and it looks great when it's done. I did have a problem with one of my orders where one of the screen protectors wasn't sealed like it was supposed to be and had dust attached to it right out of the box. So while that was disappointing, I contacted TechMatte, and they right away sent me an entire box of replacements and those ones are perfect, so now I have even more extra screen protectors. I'm still giving them five stars because of the excellent customer service and the fact that they sent me an entire new box like that, very quickly and at no cost to me. The customer service was great. I would recommend these protectors to anyone, this is definitely my preferred brand for value, ease of installation, and great quality.

What I look for in a screen protector as an average consumer is easy application, great protection from scratches/nicks, and comfort/usability. I can comfortably say that this checks off all of the boxes. Application The box includes everything you need to apply the screen protector, but that's not impressive. Any off-brand or brand name screen protector will include those in the box, but what sets this one apart from the rest are the tabs on the end of the screen protector. Why most companies don't include this is beyond reason; it makes the application so much easier. You just use the pull tabs to line up the screen protector, place the sticky side on the phone, push in the bubbles, and lift off the top layer. Easy as pie, and makes me wonder why I ever bothered spending 10+ minutes to get other applications just right. No bubbles unless you didn't wipe it properly, but that's on you. Protection I've used this on my Pixel 3 for the last year, no visible scratches, and the first one cracked only when I carelessly dropped my aluminum computer onto the side of the screen. Some fractures appeared, and I changed the S.P the next day. Again, easy application and it took less than a minute with no visible bubbles afterwards. The fact that this includes 3 high quality S.Ps is insane to me. It'll last me the rest of the time I have the phone. Comfortability This is tempered glass, so it almost has the same feel as if you were touching the screen. The S.P goes around the speaker cut outs on both ends of the phone and goes around the cameras, not over like some do. This might be a deal breaker for some since it doesn't protect the front cameras from scratches, but I've not noticed any since I've had the phone. The oleophobic coating stays on, and hasn't faded even up to the point where I had to change my first S.P. OVERALL Great screen protector for the price, checks off all boxes I'm looking for in a S.P. Easy to install, great adhesion, scratch protection, comfort, etc. If I ever run out (and that's if), I'll be looking out for this brand for my future phones.

This screen protector fit my Pixel 9 perfectly, and the installation frame made it super easy to apply with no bubbles at all. The glass is clear, smooth to the touch, and the fingerprint sensor still works flawlessly. After a few weeks of use, the only downside is that the oleophobic coating has started to wear off a bit, so smudges show up more easily. Other than that, it’s a great value for a 3-pack and gives solid protection without affecting touch sensitivity.

Fits perfectly to the screen, adhesive stays, case friendly (using an otterbox symmetry) comes with a bunch of accessories (cleaning clothes etc...) to help you get set up to apply them. Has tabs to help you also easily apply it. Check the reviews on the US site - this is one of the most popular ones. Just note that as the Pixel 3 has a curved glass panel, these will only fit perfectly flush on the screen - if you don't apply it exactly in the middle it will lift a little on that side.

You basically get 2 practice runs and one real attempt with this kit. Don't touch the large dust removal sticker during your first attempt, it will come in handy later. On the first try I left a quarter of a millimetre of the screen not covered by the glass, and it looked mildly annoying, on top of that three specs of dust somehow got under the glass along with a tiny hair. I still went through the whole process of bubble removal just to practice for the second try, and before the second try I cleaned the screen again, turned on hot shower for 5 minutes, let the steam settle down and drag all stray particles of dust away, and then applied the glass in the bathroom. Make sure to treat the entire surface of the phone's glass with a dust removal sticker while inspecting it under a bright lamp, not leaving a single square millimetre untouched - it not just removes dust, it also removes any other residue left after wiping the screen with included cloth. Turn on the screen, and apply the protective glass carefully after that, aligning it with both left and right edges, making sure it sits evenly. Remove bubbles as stated in the manual. Voila, you did it right!

This is my second set of screen protectors for the Pixel 3 and I much prefer them to the previous brand I used. Last time around I had issues with dust and water getting under the protector, but I've not had the same issues this time around. I equally like the fact that this protector is clear all over - my previous set had a black section at the top/bottom which can clip the screen if not correctly placed. I did have a slight issue with air getting trapped when applying it first time. However as I'd cleaned the screen well with the wipes provided I could lift the screen protector at one side and re-apply it without any further issues. The one minor downside is that it can feel odd when swiping down from the top as there's a cutout for the cameras and speaker. However I feel this is an ok compromise for preventing dust entering around these regions. Overall I've not noticed any lack in sensitivity or resistance when swiping around the screen. And I hope these will last much longer than the previous brand I used.
