This chair was easy to assemble. The directions were clear and laid out step by step. All parts and tools were included in the box. I've used the chair once now and adjusted the chair height and arm height for comfort. It was easy to do. The chair arms are fairly wide, which was very helpful for comfort. This is a very sturdy chair and very affordable.

I really like this chair, but it's not for everyone.Pros:Large seat cushion. great for sitting crosslegged or wiggling aroundSPRINGS! That's not for everyone, but plain foam is a non starter for me. Mesh is ok but (see next pro)The seat is FLAT and not tilted backwards. I have no idea who wants a seat that tilts backward while in working position. It forces you to hunch your back. Tilting forward forces you to straighten up. But most chairs tilt back. (BTW, they didn't used to. The Aeron will still tilt forward for you)Comfortable arm rests (when they stay where you put them}Really solid baseCons:Large seat cushion. Might be deep for some people, it's perfect for me (5'6", but with long legs)Riser cylinder barely goes tall enough. At the very top is just right without a foot rest. With a footrest, it's too short without an extra gel cushion. Again, I am 5'6". I can't imagine how this works for a tall person.Arms rests easily get pushed out or in. They adjust up and down and stay fine, but the also have a pigeon toe in and out function that has no lock on it. I'll likely get tired of this and put a screw in to stop it from rotating from side to side as I like mine straight.Wheels were acceptable, but I traded out for the double caster skate wheels as I have had good luck with them (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09X4LPHP5?) I will be putting a seat cover on because anything fabric needs a seat cover in my book. Base looks like it takes a standard cylinder, so replacement should be fairly easy.One star off for the shortness and floppy side to side arms. Other than that, this chair is a win for me.

Very easy to put together. They actually provided a decent Allen Wrench. Everything was labeled well. Seat is very comfortable and chair is easy to adjust. Seat is fairly wide so it’s Sir Mix A Lot approved! Wheels seem fine on hardwood and are silent. Overall, a very good value!

This chair is very sturdy and well made but very hard and uncomfortable. I do love the adjustable armrests and lumbar support which is a plus . I work from home and sit 8 hours a day so I need comfort however, this chair is not it. The seat is very hard and by 30 minutes of sitting my bum and legs are hurting. Unfortunately I threw the box out upon opening and assembling chair so I will be searching for a box big enough to fit chair to return or selling on marketplace. I would keep the chair but then I have to buy a seat cushion which is added cost on top of the 199.00 for the chair. I really had high hopes for this chair, it's a no for me.

Overall a good quality chair that was easy to assemble although quite heavy. However the first time I sat on it I was surprised how firm the cushion was despite how thick it is. I hope the hours I will be sitting on it will not have me regretting the purchase.

This chair is exactly what I was looking for. It was easy to assemble, it is very comfortable, its height and lumbar support are adjustable, and the price was extremely reasonable.
