My problem has been falling asleep and staying asleep, these tablets definitely help me to fall asleep, I’m just gone sometimes, I don’t however always stay that way, but I have been getting some better nights with these. Definitely value for money when compared to monthly supply ones from a chemist etc… Made in the UK which I like. I recommend taking a tablet at least an hour before you want to sleep if not more.

Jury is still out if they work.I bought these to try to calm a very boisterous GWP.One doesn't seem enough although the strength suggests it should.

Helped my partner with social anxiety fix his sleep schedule
Ordered these for my partner who struggled with his sleep schedule due to heavy social anxiety issues. He would consistently stay up until the first rays of sunlight, and no matter what he tried, he could not turn it around, fixing it for a day or two at most before falling back.He now takes one tablet at around 22:00 and ends up going to bed between 00:00-01:00 and sleeps mostly uninterrupted through the night. He's not had bad habits when it comes to his sleeping pattern, he feels more relaxed and at ease when going to bed too.It's definitely been a game changer for him.

This does help me sleep if I can get timings right to take it. Taking it about 9pm but it is worth trying. I don’t sleep well and use Diazepam. Impressed this is almost as good

Full of Fillers and not much Valerian! Plus they don’t work!
