If line or blur happens, try realigning the printer heads, choose your option of printer clean to clean the print head. 4. If your printer not recognize the ink cartridge in the first time, please take it off and install new. If still not affected May, please remove the cartridge and off the printer for 30 min, clean the chip gently with alcohol or eraser, then turn on the laser printer and install the again.
