First impression and usage
After using for 2 daysit works well keys are quite not loud, was able to hot swap, I got all the items that was mentioned, got extra red switches tooChanging color from app is easy BUT not a lot of colors are possible i tried to get teal but got light blue,The colors that can be achieved are really bright and look good

Very good keys, very bad battery
This keyboard was something I was looking for last 5 years. The Redragon Dharma keyboard has very silent mechanical keys, good bluetooth and wired connection. The 2.4 Ghz connection had some issues with certain USB ports. However, the battery is very poor and does not last even 1 full day while connected on bluetooth. I wish the battery could have lasted at least a few days. The other keyboards I experienced had battery backup of atleast 7 days.

Worked fine for 2 weeks, now has issues with the ENTER key not working, don't know where to send it for replacement/service

Not powering on within 6 months
It was a very lucrative deal considering the price for this mechanical keyboard. Till the time it worked enjoyed it's build quality and RGB lighting and blutooth connectivity. Every alternate day it needed charging. Within 6 months it stopped charging and is not powering up anymore. Warranty claim is under process which needs us to ship the product on our own expense to Mumbai. Once they check and confirm they will give a solution after 7-8 days. Which means at least for a month i will not have my work keyboard and have to buy another backup keyboard. Will not do this mistake again of buying redragon keyboards. Could have avoided all the hassle and work impact and bought some branded keyboard.
