Works great on the tote. We use for water in jobs we don’t have water access at. This lets us hook up a hose or fill a bucket whatever we decide. Way more control than just the tank valve. Cuts flow down a bit but still gravity feeds ok

Easy to install and fits well. Could have used more Teflon tape for the install but what was given will work

The adapter part for the IBC tote works great. The problem is the brass threads on the hose cock do not match the threads in the plastic cap that attaches to the IBC tote adapter. BEWARE of this fact because if you try to force the brass onto the plastic, you will strip the threads on the plastic. I'm going to a local plumbing supply house to find something to make this work instead of returning it because I have never had any luck going that route with Amazon

I had to return this. I got this adapter to use on my IBC tank that has the thin screw threads. Those threads are fine yet this adapter would not screw onto them far enough to engage the washer an prevent leaks. This adapts the thin threads to large threads for using other attachments. But even though the threads are big and thick, they would only get so tight then break loose. I also tried screwing the hose bib that comes with this, into the plastic adapter. No matter how many times I tried, the hose bib started screwing in then would just start getting crooked. I know to be careful when screwing into plastic threads and was mindful to to it correctly, but it would not go in straight. TI assume this is because the plastic fittings are pretty soft plastic. Again, even the thick course threads would not hold tight.

Including 3 sizes to attach to the tote is a great way for the seller to avoid returns as it guarantees fit. Many people don't know their thread size.The included quick connect is a nice touch but does not secure tightly enough without drips. My quick connects are brass.It's super convenient to have the tape included.The reason I purchased this is for the super convenience of 2 outlets. Both male threads faucet connectors are hose threads. The 1/2" MNPT screws into the black ring that attaches to the tote. This is where the problem is. The tote has a metal frame holding the plastic tote. The inner male hose threads need to be 1" further out to allow a hose to connect. While it's currently attached to my tote and hasn't leaked in a week, and the valves turn easily, I can not attach a hose to the inner faucet because of the frame on the tote.For my purposes, I'd much rather have only one black threaded adapter, no tape, no quick connect - and some sort of extender instead. Or perhaps the faucet stem should be made longer. If you don't have 2" coarse threads on your tote, using the included threaded adapter might give enough clearance as you'll still need the included 2" coarse threaded one. Since it's the ONLY one I need, there is not enough clearance to use the faucet as intended.What I thought was going to be super convenient just isn't. We now have to find some sort of extender, and the more connections ya have, the more chance there is for leaking.

I was a little skeptical at first, but I wanted to give it a try. It fit my IBC tote tank perfectly.

Hadn't used it yet but it looks like it looks all good looks like it might fit
