Nice products as per expectations
I have recently started baking and was looking for cream of tartar online. Got this product on amazon, this works well for stabilizing my meringues, whipped cream. Happy to order it again. Though it should come in smaller size as occasional bakers like me will not use it more often and the product may reach the expiry date.

method of usage
use only 1/4 tsp for 3 eggs, if you use more it give you sour taste and hardness for your tough

Important supplement
I am using this as a potassium supplement because I follow a keto diet. I mix it with my morning lemon+ACV+seaSalt drink. It feels like a good quality product just like everything else from Urban Platter.

Wrong nutritonal information
The product is great, as it is quite a rich source of potassium and one needs both sodium and potassium to be near each other based on range. As for the brand, it is seriously unethical to not write correct information regarding potassium content. This could led to serious health damage for those unaware of it.
