Somewhat versatile for emergencies
The material is firm but soft enough for the button that needs to be pushed to keep brake lights turned OFF. Both pieces feel sturdy and well molded. Sadly it did not fit Honda 1996-2000ish. The white piece was too big and the black piece a bit small that it would fall OFF after several brake presses (especially going up or down hill).Temporarily I had to use the black piece with a washer to keep it in place across the metal tab of the brake pedal. Then inserted some clip pin on on the center gap of its pointy end to prevent the washer from falling OFF. The black piece giggled a bit in place but at least it would press the button whenever the brake pad was not in use. Preventing car battery drain and having to disconnected while the car is parked.
